Plenty of the events we run are booked by someone who is somewhere else — another country, or just another city with a job that will not let them fly down every fortnight.
Decor looks different in a phone photo than it does at 7pm under real lighting, so we film venue walkthroughs and mock-ups at the hour your function will actually run. Review calls are set for your evening rather than ours. Every quote, approval and payment sits on one sheet you can open from anywhere, so nothing depends on remembering a voice note. And the running around stays with us instead of landing on your parents.

What kinds of events does EthniQ Events handle?
Weddings and multi-day functions, sangeet, haldi and mehendi, corporate conferences, dealer meets, product launches and award nights, milestone birthdays and family ceremonies, plus decor, catering, photography, entertainment and artist coordination.
How far in advance should we book?
Nine to twelve months is comfortable for the November to February peak, when the best convention centres and senior vendor teams book out early. Six months works for a smaller guest list, and short-notice dates are sometimes possible.
Can we plan the event without being in Hyderabad?
Yes. Venue walkthroughs and decor mock-ups are filmed and sent for approval, review calls are scheduled to suit your timezone, and one shared budget sheet holds every quote, approval and payment.
Do you arrange hotels and transport for guests travelling in?
Yes — room blocks near the venue, airport arrivals at any hour, coaches between functions, local SIM cards, welcome hampers and a hospitality desk your guests can call directly.
What does an event cost?
It moves with guest count, venue tier and how many functions you are running, so an honest number needs a short conversation. After the first call we send an indicative band and a costed plan before any commitment.

All of Hyderabad and Secunderabad including Madhapur, Gachibowli, Jubilee Hills, Banjara Hills, Kondapur, Kokapet, the Financial District and the ORR belt, plus Vijayawada and coastal Andhra Pradesh.
